What do I do If I think there is a manufacturing fault with my mattress?

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your purchase, because of either defective materials or a manufacturing fault, we offer the reassurance of a Guarantee and Extended Warranty (on registration) from the date of purchase on all mattresses.

Please contact the retailer where you purchased the bed from. They will deal with your enquiry directly.
You will need your Proof of Purchase to hand.
