Are your mattresses good for bad backs?
We’re not medical professionals, and so we can’t judge what’s right for every individual’s back. All we can say is that our products are scientifically shown to relieve pressure, provide postural support and aid circulation. That’s why we are the only sleep and comfort brand to be officially partnered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
It is worth noting that there is a common misconception that if you have a bad back you need a very firm orthopaedic mattress. But this is rarely the case. The key to a comfortable night’s sleep is a mattress that is supportive so that the spine can align in a neutral position while you sleep, but you also need a mattress that is soft enough to contour to the shape of your body.
