and I believe that there is a manufacturing defect. I believe it is beyond the accepted wear and tear of normal use stated in the care guide. I accept that the Homeserve engineer's independent findings are final. I am aware of the refundable charge associated with a Homeserve mattress inspection visit and that should no manufacturing fault be found, that the deposit will not be refunded.
